This modern valve design replaces earlier models with two coils, optimizing water flow in response to the dishwasher’s operational needs through its integrated solenoid.
Engineered for dishwashers facing issues such as non-filling or leaking, it is compatible with the majority of KitchenAid units, as well as appliances from Whirlpool, Amana, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, Roper, and Admiral. Furthermore, Whirlpool crafts components for Sears-Kenmore and Ikea brands.
Prior to installation, ensure the dishwasher is unplugged and the water supply is turned off. For personal safety, wearing work gloves is advised.
