Return Policy

We understand there may be a need to return or replace a defective part or item. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt of the purchase. Items returned must be unused and in the original factory packaging. Please click here to return an item.

All parts are to be sent back in proper condition to get refund. Please note a 12% restocking fee to be charged on the items unless defective. 

Deal4parts.com cannot accept returns on any items that have been installed, used, modified, or otherwise damaged after receipt. 

Defective Parts

If you receive a defective part, contact Deal4parts.com immediately. All OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are guaranteed by the manufacturer for up to one year from the date of purchase. There are some limitations and exclusions, including physical damage, unnatural use or wear, and other exceptions as indicated by the manufacturer.  If an item in your order is defective, please fill out the defective part form.

Damaged Parts

Unfortunately, parts can be damaged by the shipping carrier. If an item arrives damaged, notify Deal4parts.com within 10 days. This is required to file a claim with the shipping company. We cannot offer a refund or replacement of an item after 10 days from the receipt of the package.  If the part in your order arrived damaged, please fill out the form.

Extended Warranties 

Extended warranties are only available on specific parts from Deal4parts.com. If you purchased an extended warranty with the part, contact us if there is a defect or any shipping damage.
