Report a Damaged Part

Despite our best efforts, packages can be damaged by shipping carriers. If you receive a damaged part, please contact Deal4parts.com customer support immediately and fill out the form. This notification must occur within 10 days of receipt of the order to allow us to file a claim with the shipping company. 

Please take pictures of the damage to the packaging as well as the part. Our customer support team will provide information on sending these pictures if required for the claim. 

We cannot replace or refund damaged parts if the notification of the damage is not complete within 10 days of the receipt of the part.
