Oven Flat Style Igniter Kit with Bracket and Wire Nuts
This igniter kit, featuring a length of 5.53 inches, should be replaced when the gas igniter illuminates but does not ignite, or if the oven fails to activate. It is designed for use with Frigidaire and Electrolux appliances, and Frigidaire produces models for Sears-Kenmore as well. This Norton-style flat igniter is suitable for any flat oven igniter drawing between 3.2 and 3.6 amperes, with the exception of those made from blue ceramic materials. The kit includes two ceramic wire connectors, essential for igniting the gas and lighting the oven broil burner.
Ensure safety by turning off the home’s circuit breaker and gas supply before installation. Use work gloves for hand safety during the process.
