Microwave Grease Filter
GE includes Hotpoint, General Electric, and Sears-Kenmore among its brands.
The grease filter is positioned beneath the microwave. If the filter is damaged, it cannot efficiently trap grease during operation. To replace the filter, hold the filter ring, move it towards the back, and lift it out. For maintenance, periodically clean the filter gently using warm water and detergent to prolong its use. Most microwave models are equipped with two grease filters, but each filter is available for purchase separately. The dimensions of the grease filter are approximately 8.5 inches by 5 inches.
