Gas Burner Assembly / Grill Burner: Compatible with Ranges, Stoves, and Ovens
Whirlpool Corporation produces an extensive range of household brands, including Whirlpool, Amana, KitchenAid, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, Roper, and Admiral. They also manufacture items for Sears-Kenmore and Ikea.
This genuine OEM component is a grill burner specifically designed for cooktops, playing a critical role in facilitating the ignition of the gas flame necessary for effective cooking and heating operations. Should your stove burners exhibit issues, such as failing to ignite or turn on, it may indicate that a replacement of the grill burner is necessary. Fortunately, this task is relatively straightforward.
To begin the replacement process, disconnect the stove from its power source, either by unplugging it or switching off the circuit breaker. Then, close the shut-off valve on the propane tank to ensure safety. Proceed by removing the cooking grate and flame tamer from the defective burner. Extract the cotter pin from the rear of the burner and unscrew the mounting screws. Remove the burner from the manifold with care. For installation, attach the new burner to the manifold using the mounting screws. Replace the cotter pin and flame tamer, then restore gas and power to the appliance for operation.
This replacement component is sold individually and is compatible with multiple brands, including Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Sears/Kenmore.
