Bosch supplies an extensive selection of products under its Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau lines. Among these, the range hood control module serves as a critical electronic circuit board component. Situated above the stove, a range hood includes a fan that effectively aids in the ventilation and circulation of air, smoke, and heat produced during cooking activities. This circuit board governs the essential operations of the range hood.
Prior to installation, verify that the range hood is disconnected from power, either by unplugging it or switching off the circuit breaker. The circuit board resides within the chimney above the motor. Start the replacement process by removing the four screws that affix the circuit board cover. Carefully detach the cover, align the new circuit board to match the previous setup, and reconnect the wires to their corresponding terminals on the new board. Using needle-nose pliers may facilitate this task. Subsequently, transfer the ribbon wire from the old circuit board to the new one. Dislodge the screws securing the old board to remove it completely. Install the new circuit board by securing it with screws into their original slots.
This authentic OEM replacement part is designed to be fully compatible with Bosch, Gaggenau, and Thermador range hoods.
