Upper Spray Arm Installation for Dishwashers

Recently, Whirlpool has improved the design of the upper spray arm mount, eliminating the need for a clip and screw during installation.
To install the new upper spray arm mount, proceed with the following instructions:
1. Detach the rack stops from the upper dish rack and remove the rack completely.
2. Unscrew the fastener securing the spray arm, remove the spray arm, and slide out the feeding tube.
3. Turn the rack over and detach the bracket from the existing mount.
4. Secure the new mount by snapping it into position, then reassemble the remaining parts.
